SUPERGEEK COVID-19 POLICIES

Last revised: January 11, 2021

This document outlines Supergeek’s plan to keep staff and clients as safe as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This policy is fluid and subject to change. We will update this document as needed to reflect guidance received from WorkSafeBC, BC Ministry of Health and the BCCDC.

ACCESS TO SITE
Anyone entering the premises will be required to wear a non-vented mask.

PRE-SCREENING AND HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
Daily health checks are required. Staff members who are experiencing “flu-like” symptoms or have reason to believe they have been exposed to Covid-19 will not be permitted access to our facility and must notify us immediately. These symptoms include the following:
o Fever
o Chills
o Cough
o Shortness of breath
o Sore throat or painful swallowing
o Stuffy or runny nose
o Loss of sense of smell or taste
o Headache or muscle aches
o Fatigue or loss of appetite

TRAVELLING OUTSIDE OF CANADA
Any staff member travelling outside of Canada must quarantine for 14 days and have a negative Covid-19 test prior to returning to work.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
The staff must practice social-distancing while at work whenever possible.
If multiple people will be meeting in smaller areas where social-distancing cannot be maintained then a mask will be required.
Staff are not to linger and have conversations in the kitchen or hallways. If having a conversation with fellow staff members you will need to make sure that you do so in an open area where social distancing can be maintained or outside.
If more than one employee is required to be in a vehicle then masks are required.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING
When using the bathroom facilities, take the time to wipe down everything you touch, as a courtesy to the next person.
Our office will ensure that all high touch surfaces such as door-handles, fridge, etc. will be wiped down daily.

ON—SITE JOBS
On-site jobs should be limited to after hours as much as possible, unless critical in nature.
